Couple of sites I love to look at are Creative Spotlight and Robert Davies www.how-to-paint-and-draw.com  But so many others to check out also. My particular love is pastels, after seeing what people can do with them I find it incredibly beautiful.  Gentle art.  My way of looking at it anyway.
